Never Compete With Oktoberfest

It sounds obvious, but every year event planners underestimate just how completely Oktoberfest (mid-September to early October) shuts down Munich’s venue and hotel availability. During the festival, rooms that cost €150/night regularly exceed €500, and venue hire rates follow suit. But the impact actually starts weeks before — many corporates deliberately schedule their Munich events in the run-up to the festival, meaning September availability tightens far earlier than most people expect.

If your event falls anywhere near this window, come to us as early as possible. We’ll tell you honestly whether your preferred dates are viable — and if not, we’ll find you an alternative that doesn’t cost a fortune.
