New York’s top event spaces operate on some of the shortest availability windows of any city in the world. High-demand venues in Midtown and Brooklyn regularly field multiple enquiries for the same date simultaneously, and without a confirmed hold, your preferred space can be gone within hours. September through November is particularly brutal — with UN General Assembly, New York Fashion Week, and the autumn conference season all competing for the same pool of premium spaces. For January sales kickoffs and company kickoffs, which are among the most popular times to reset and motivate teams, start your search no later than the previous summer.

Don’t approach New York venue search the way you would other cities. Come to us with your brief as early as possible — ideally six to twelve months out — and we’ll secure holds before the market moves.
